With the win, Avondale upgrades its record to 15-6 on the season. The Yellowjackets travel to Oxford (Oxford, MI) to play the Wildcats in a Oakland - Blue bout on Tuesday, February 20. The Wildcats go into the bout with a record of 14-6. Oxford won 52-40 in their recent non-league bout against Pontiac (Pontiac, MI)
