New Mexico High School Basketball - Jemez Valley trounces Coronado

The Jemez Valley Warriors (Jemez Pueblo, NM) basketball crushed the visiting Coronado Leopards (Gallina, NM), 66-38 in Thursday's league test.
The Warriors (11-12) will now prepare for their test against Chesterton Academy (Albuquerque, NM). The Saints go into the A District 7 test with a 1-18 record. In their last test, Chesterton Academy was trounced by Coronado (Gallina, NM), 55-32, in a league test.
The Leopards now own a 6-13 record. They play next when they travel to Native American Community Academy for a non-league test on Saturday, February 17. Coronado will encounter a Eagles squad coming off a 42-35 league loss to Monte Del Sol Charter (Santa Fe, NM). The Eagles record now stands at 5-13.
