The Laramie Plainsmen basketball team (Laramie, WY), was nudged 62-57 in Thursday's league battle with the host East Thunderbirds (Cheyenne, WY)

The Thunderbirds now sport a 17-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to South for a 4A Southeast battle on Friday, February 16. East will battle a Bison team coming off a 68-26 league loss to Central (Cheyenne, WY). The Bison record now stands at 0-18.

The Plainsmen (15-3) will now prepare for their battle against Central (Cheyenne, WY). The Indians come into the 4A Southeast battle with a 19-1 record. In their last battle, Central edged South (Cheyenne, WY), 68-26, in a league battle.
