In Thursday's non-league outing, the Hillsboro/Central Valley H-CV Burros (Buxton, ND) basketball squad beat the host Lisbon Broncos (Lisbon, ND), by a margin of 62-44.
The H-CV Burros (10-9) will now prepare for their outing against Thompson (Thompson, ND). The Tommies go into the A Region 2 outing with a 10-8 record. In their last outing, Thompson defeated Wahpeton (Wahpeton, ND), 64-62, in a non-league outing.
The Broncos now own a 9-12 record. They play next when they host Northern Cass for a A Region 1 outing on Thursday, February 22. Lisbon will clash with a Jaguars squad coming off a 65-56 non-league win over Barnes County North co-op [North Central/Wimbledon-Courtenay] (Rogers, ND). The Jaguars record now stands at 14-6.
