Rutgers Prep Argonauts (Somerset, NJ) backers were pleased Thursday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the visiting Hillsborough Raiders (Hillsborough, NJ), 69-58 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, Rutgers Prep upgrades its record to 18-6 on the campaign. The Argonauts host Montgomery (Skillman, NJ) to play the Cougars in a non-league bout on Saturday, February 17. The Cougars come into the bout with a record of 21-2. Montgomery won 53-40 in their recent non-league bout against Watchung Hills Regional (Warren, NJ)

Next up, the Raiders play the Linden Tigers (Linden, NJ) in a non-league game, on Wednesday, February 21. Hillsborough will attempt to move on its 15-8 season record. The Tigers enter the game with a 15-10 record after their 60-46 league loss to Roselle Catholic (Roselle, NJ).
