Minnesota High School Basketball - Mountain Iron-Buhl crushes Bigfork

Mountain Iron-Buhl Rangers (Mountain Iron, MN) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host Bigfork Huskies (Bigfork, MN), 97-30 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Mountain Iron-Buhl upgrades its record to 22-2 on the season. The Rangers host Chisholm (Chisholm, MN) to play the Bluestreaks in a A Section 7 bout on Thursday, February 22. The Bluestreaks go into the bout with a record of 18-9.

Next up, the Huskies play the Kelliher/Northome Mustangs (Northome, MN) in a non-league bout, on Monday, February 19. Bigfork will attempt to upgrade on its 13-7 season record. The Mustangs go into the bout with a 19-3 record after their 76-36 non-league win over Nevis (Nevis, MN).
