Steubenville Big Red (Steubenville, OH) backers were pleased Thursday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the host Brooke Bruins (Wellsburg, WV), 61-22 in a league bout.

With the victory, Steubenville upgrades its record to 15-6 on the campaign. The Big Red travel to River (Hannibal, OH) to play the Pilots in a non-league bout on Saturday, February 17. The Pilots come into the bout with a record of 18-3. River won 59-41 in their recent league bout against Caldwell (Caldwell, OH)
