The St. Mary Gaels (Rutherford, NJ) basketball felled the visiting Dwight Morrow Maroon Raiders (Englewood, NJ), 40-27 in Thursday's non-league test.
The Gaels (9-14) will now prepare for their test against Clifton (Clifton, NJ). The Mustangs go into the non-league test with a 4-20 record. In their last test, Clifton thwarted Hoboken (Hoboken, NJ), 38-29, in a non-league test.
The Maroon Raiders now own a 1-22 record. They play next when they travel to Bergen Charter for a non-league test on Tuesday, February 20.
