Fans at Thursday's league challenge between the Overhills Jaguars (Spring Lake, NC) and the host Triton Hawks (Erwin, NC), saw Overhills's basketball squad wallop Triton by a count of 67-40.

With the victory, Overhills upgrades its record to 13-9 on the campaign. The Jaguars host Pine Forest (Fayetteville, NC) to play the Trojans in a 3A/4A All-American challenge on Friday, February 16. The Trojans come into the challenge with a record of 11-12. Pine Forest won 53-19 in their recent league challenge against Harnett Central (Angier, NC)

Next up, the Hawks play the Harnett Central Trojans (Angier, NC) in a 3A/4A All-American challenge, on Friday, February 16. Triton will attempt to upgrade on its 12-11 season record. The Trojans come into the challenge with a 5-14 record after their 53-19 league loss to Pine Forest (Fayetteville, NC).
