Georgia High School Basketball - Thomas County Central thwarted by Veterans

The Thomas County Central Yellow Jackets basketball team (Thomasville, GA), dropped 43-34 in Thursday's league battle with the host Veterans Warhawks (Kathleen, GA)

The Warhawks now possess a 21-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Tift County for a non-league battle on Friday, February 16. Veterans will confront a Blue Devils team coming off a 67-32 league win over Houston County (Warner Robins, GA). The Blue Devils record now stands at 22-4.

The Yellow Jackets (20-7) will now prepare for their battle against Houston County (Warner Robins, GA). The Bears come into the AAAAAA Region 1 battle with a 10-13 record. In their last battle, Houston County dropped by Tift County (Tifton, GA), 67-32, in a league battle.
