Kinston Bulldogs (Kinston, AL) backers exited the stadium thrilled Thursday as they saw their softball squad achieve victory over the host Zion Chapel Rebels (Jack, AL), 10-0 in a non-league challenge.

The Bulldogs now own a 1-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to Dale County for a non-league challenge on Friday, February 16. Kinston will face a Warriors squad coming off a 12-0 non-league loss to Dothan (Dothan, AL). The Warriors record now stands at 0-1.

With the loss, Zion Chapel falls to 0-1 on the campaign. The Rebels travel to Elba (Elba, AL) to face the Tigers in a non-league challenge on Thursday, February 22. The Tigers enter the challenge with a record of 2-3. Elba lost 5-0 in their recent non-league challenge against Kinston (Kinston, AL)
