The crowd at Saturday's non-league battle between the Holy Cross Tigers (New Orleans, LA) and the visiting E.D. White Cardinals (Thibodaux, LA), saw Holy Cross's baseball team beat E.D. White by a margin of 13-2.
The Tigers (4-0) will now prepare for their battle against Fisher (Lafitte, LA). The Gators enter the non-league battle with a 2-1 record. In their last battle, Fisher was overwhelmed by L.W. Higgins (Marrero, LA), 15-5, in a non-league battle.
Next, the Cardinals face the Lafayette Christian Academy Knights (Lafayette, LA) in a non-league battle, on Monday, February 17. E.D. White will attempt to improve on its 0-6 season record. The Knights enter the battle with a 5-0 record after their 16-1 non-league win over Hamilton Christian (Lake Charles, LA).
