In Saturday's non-league contest, the host Kingston Redskins basketball team scored a close 52-45 triumph over the Hugo Buffaloes.

The Redskins (16-8) will now prepare for their contest against Plainview (Ardmore, OK). The Indians go into the Lake Country contest with a 15-6 record.

In their next game, the Buffaloes battle the Broken Bow Savages (Broken Bow, OK) in a Southeast Six contest, on Monday, February 17. Hugo will attempt to better on its 5-11 season record. The Savages go into the contest with a 18-6 record after their 42-38 non-league win over Valliant (Valliant, OK).
