Texas High School Basketball - London fells Port Aransas

The London Pirates basketball team scored 55 points and limited the host Port Aransas Marlins to 44 in the Pirates non-league triumph on Saturday.

The Pirates now have a 29-5 record. They play next when they travel to Orange Grove for a non-league game on Tuesday, February 18. London will confront a Bulldogs team coming off a 46-35 league win over Santa Gertrudis Academy (Kingsville, TX). The Bulldogs record now stands at 13-17.

With the loss, Port Aransas falls to 26-9 on the campaign. The Marlins travel to Freer (Freer, TX) to confront the Buckaroos in a non-league game on Tuesday, February 18. The Buckaroos go into the game with a record of 17-13. Freer won 56-38 in their recent league game against La Villa (La Villa, TX)
