Vermont High School Basketball - Otter Valley routs Mt. St. Joseph Academy

In Saturday's non-league contest, the host Otter Valley Otters basketball team scored a big 61-40 triumph over the Mt. St. Joseph Academy Green Wave.
The Otters (16-2) will now prepare for their contest against Fair Haven (Fair Haven, VT). The Slaters go into the Southern Vermont - B contest with a 13-5 record. In their last contest, Fair Haven smashed Bellows Falls (Bellows Falls, VT), 71-51, in a league contest.
In their next game, the Green Wave battle the Brattleboro Bears (Brattleboro, VT) in a Southern Vermont - A contest, on Tuesday, February 18. Mt. St. Joseph Academy will attempt to better on its 2-17 season record. The Bears go into the contest with a 6-12 record after their 77-44 league loss to Rutland (Rutland, VT).
