The Streator Bulldogs basketball team scored 48 points and limited the visiting Ottawa Pirates to 41 in the Bulldogs non-league triumph on Saturday.

The Bulldogs now possess a 23-5 record. They play next when they travel to Wilmington for a Illinois Central 8 game on Tuesday, February 18. Streator will confront a Wildcats team coming off a 54-53 league loss to Peotone (Peotone, IL). The Wildcats record now stands at 17-9.

With the loss, Ottawa falls to 9-16 on the campaign. The Pirates travel to Marmion (Aurora, IL) to confront the Cadets in a non-league game on Tuesday, February 18. The Cadets come into the contest with a record of 16-13. Marmion won 53-45 in their recent non-league contest against Sycamore (Sycamore, IL)
