West Virginia High School Basketball - Scott bests Point Pleasant

The Scott Skyhawks (Madison, WV) basketball toppled the visiting Point Pleasant Big Blacks (Point Pleasant, WV), 56-36 in Saturday's non-league bout.

The Skyhawks now possess a 9-8 record. They play next when they travel to Riverside for a non-league bout on Monday, February 17. Scott will play a Warriors team coming off a 88-48 non-league loss to Woodrow Wilson (Beckley, WV). The Warriors record now stands at 4-14.

With the loss, Point Pleasant falls to 6-14 on the campaign. The Big blacks host Buffalo (Buffalo, WV) to play the Bison in a non-league bout on Tuesday, February 18. The Bison go into the bout with a record of 7-11. Buffalo lost 62-49 in their recent league bout against St. Joseph Central (Huntington, WV)
