The Rockford Warriors (Rockford, IA) basketball edged the visiting West Hancock Eagles (Britt, IA), 44-40 in Saturday's non-league bout.
The Warriors now possess a 4-16 record. They play next when they travel to Bishop Garrigan for a non-league bout on Monday, February 17. Rockford will play a Golden Bears team coming off a 56-44 non-league win over North Iowa (Buffalo Center, IA). The Golden Bears record now stands at 18-3.
With the loss, West Hancock falls to 6-20 on the campaign.
