The Unaka Rangers were victorious over the host Johnson County Longhorns basketball squad by a final score of 63-54 in Saturday's non-league outing.

Next, the Rangers clash with the Washburn Pirates (Washburn, TN) in a non-league outing, on Monday, February 17. Unaka will attempt to upgrade on its 19-8 season record. The Pirates enter the outing with a 18-8 record after their 49-40 non-league win over University School (Johnson City, TN).

The Longhorns (14-20) will now prepare for their outing against South Greene (Greeneville, TN). The Rebels enter the 2A District 1 outing with a 7-19 record. In their last outing, South Greene was defeated by David Crockett (Jonesborough, TN), 83-32, in a non-league outing.
