The Red Dragons (14-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Wayne (Wayne, WV). The Pioneers come into the non-league challenge with a 14-4 record. In their last challenge, Wayne edged Parkersburg South (Parkersburg, WV), 62-43, in a non-league challenge.

In their next game, the Minutemen battle the Buckhannon-Upshur Buccaneers (Buckhannon, WV) in a Big Ten challenge, on Tuesday, February 18. Lewis County will attempt to improve on its 8-8 season record. The Buccaneers come into the challenge with a 8-10 record after their 62-52 non-league loss to Parkersburg South (Parkersburg, WV).
