Connecticut High School Ice Hockey - Taft School knocks off Hotchkiss School

In Saturday's league contest, the visiting Taft School Big Red ice hockey team scored a close 5-2 triumph over the Hotchkiss School Bearcats.
The Big Red (11-10) will now prepare for their contest against Deerfield Academy (Deerfield, MA). The Big Green come into the non-league contest with a 17-5 record. In their last contest, Deerfield Academy got by Avon Old Farms (Avon, CT), 3-0, in a non-league contest.
In their next game, the Bearcats battle the Berkshire School Bears (Sheffield, MA) in a non-league contest, on Monday, February 17. Hotchkiss School will attempt to better on its 7-14 season record. The Bears come into the contest with a 19-6 record after their 3-2 non-league loss to Brunswick School (Greenwich, CT).
