The Alden Bulldogs (Alden, NY) basketball felled the host Tonawanda Warriors (Tonawanda, NY), 74-64 in Wednesday's league test.
The Bulldogs (10-8) will now prepare for their test against Griffith Institute (Springville, NY). The Griffins go into the non-league test with a 0-18 record. In their last test, Griffith Institute was beaten by Cheektowaga (Cheektowaga, NY), 62-52, in a league test.
The Warriors now own a 8-12 record. They play next when they travel to Middle Early College for a non-league test on Tuesday, February 22. Tonawanda will encounter a Kats squad coming off a 66-31 non-league win over Western New York Maritime Charter (Buffalo, NY). The Kats record now stands at 10-10.
