Fans at Wednesday's non-league challenge between the Lampeter-Strasburg Pioneers (Lampeter, PA) and the host Manheim Central Barons (Manheim, PA), saw Lampeter-Strasburg's basketball squad hold off Manheim Central by a tally of 75-68.
With the victory, Lampeter-Strasburg improves its record to 23-0 on the campaign. The Pioneers host Warwick (Lititz, PA) to confront the Warriors in a non-league challenge on Friday, February 18. The Warriors come into the challenge with a record of 17-4. Warwick lost 52-48 in their recent non-league challenge against Hempfield (Landisville, PA)
Next up, the Barons confront the Northeastern Bobcats (Manchester, PA) in a non-league challenge, on Monday, February 21. Manheim Central will attempt to improve on its 12-8 season record. The Bobcats come into the challenge with a 15-7 record after their 58-48 non-league win over Littlestown (Littlestown, PA).
