Moody Blue Devils (Moody, AL) fans were pleased Wednesday as they observed their soccer team hold off the visiting St. Clair County Fighting Saints (Odenville, AL), 1-0 in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Blue Devils confront the Springville Tigers (Springville, AL) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, February 22. Moody will attempt to better on its 1-3 season record. The Tigers enter the challenge with a 2-0 record after their 2-2 non-league Indian Springs (Pelham, AL).
The Fighting Saints now have a 1-2 record. They take the field next when they host Etowah for a 4A-5A Area 11 challenge on Tuesday, February 22. St. Clair County will confront a Blue Devils team coming off a 4-2 non-league win over Hokes Bluff (Hokes Bluff, AL). The Blue Devils record now stands at 1-1.
