Avon Old Farms Beavers (Avon, CT) followers left the game happy Wednesday as they witnessed their ice hockey team achieve victory over the host Choate Rosemary Hall School Wild Boars (Wallingford, CT), 6-1 in a league match.
The Beavers (20-1) will now prepare for their match against Salisbury School (Salisbury, CT). The Crimson Knights enter the Independent match with a 17-5 record. In their last match, Salisbury School tipped Loomis Chaffee School (Windsor, CT), 3-1, in a league match.
Next up, the Wild Boars clash with the Taft School Big Red (Watertown, CT) in a match, on Saturday, February 19. Choate Rosemary Hall School will attempt to improve on its 5-15 season record. The Big Red enter the match with a 7-12 record after their 3-1 league loss to Deerfield Academy (Deerfield, MA).
