The River Falls Wildcats basketball team scored 50 points and held the host Eau Claire North Huskies to 39 in the Wildcats league triumph on Thursday.

The Wildcats now sport a 14-8 record. They put it on the line next when they host Mahtomedi for a non-league contest on Monday, February 20. River Falls will battle a Zephyrs team coming off a 86-45 non-league win over Hastings (Hastings, MN). The Zephyrs record now stands at 18-3.

The Huskies (2-19) will now prepare for their contest against Bay Port (Green Bay, WI). The Pirates enter the non-league contest with a 17-6 record. In their last contest, Bay Port ran past Sheboygan South (Sheboygan, WI), 77-52, in a league contest.
