Michigan High School Basketball - Merritt Academy can't hold off Star International Academy

The Star International Academy Falcons basketball team scored 61 points and restricted the visiting Merritt Academy Mustangs to 58 in the Falcons non-league victory on Thursday.
The Falcons now sport a 14-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Universal Academy for a non-league contest on Tuesday, February 28. Star International Academy will battle a Eagles team coming off a 63-34 non-league loss to Bradford Academy (Southfield, MI). The Eagles record now stands at 4-8.
The Mustangs (11-7) will now prepare for their contest against Detroit Collegiate Prep (Detroit, MI). The come into the non-league contest with a 7-2 record.
