Necedah Cardinals (Necedah, WI) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting New Lisbon Rockets (New Lisbon, WI), 70-35 in a league bout.

With the win, Necedah upgrades its record to 11-11 on the season. The Cardinals travel to Wonewoc-Center (Wonewoc, WI) to clash with the Wolves in a Scenic Bluffs bout on Monday, February 20. The Wolves go into the bout with a record of 0-20. Wonewoc-Center lost 68-18 in their recent league bout against Cashton (Cashton, WI)

Next up, the Rockets clash with the Brookwood Falcons (Ontario, WI) in a Scenic Bluffs bout, on Monday, February 20. New Lisbon will attempt to upgrade on its 7-14 season record. The Falcons go into the bout with a 3-16 record after their 89-47 league loss to Bangor (Bangor, WI).
