In Thursday's league outing, the Seaside Seagulls (Seaside, OR) basketball squad beat the visiting Scappoose Indians (Scappoose, OR), by a count of 49-41.
The Seagulls (17-5) will now prepare for their outing against Astoria (Astoria, OR). The Fishermen go into the 4A Cowapa outing with a 13-8 record.
The Indians now hold a 10-13 record. They play next when they travel to Tillamook for a 4A Cowapa outing on Tuesday, February 21. Scappoose will clash with a Cheesemakers squad coming off a 62-58 league loss to St. Helens (St. Helens, OR). The Cheesemakers record now stands at 4-15.
