West Virginia High School Basketball - Morgantown Christian Academy knocked off by Elk Valley Christian

The Elk Valley Christian basketball team scored 54 points and held the visiting Morgantown Christian Academy Mustangs to 42 in the non-league triumph on Thursday.
The now sport a 14-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host New Life Christian Academy for a non-league contest on Thursday, February 16. Elk Valley Christian will meet a Lions team coming off a 60-40 league loss to Lewisburg Baptist Academy (Lewisburg, WV). The Lions record now stands at 1-6.
The Mustangs (7-8) will now prepare for their contest against Victory Baptist Academy (Beaver, WV). The Saints enter the non-league contest with a 7-10 record. In their last contest, Victory Baptist Academy was outscored by Mercer Christian Academy (Princeton, WV), 59-23, in a non-league contest.
