In Thursday's non-league outing, the KIPP College Prep Panthers (Washington, DC) basketball squad edged the visiting Friendship Tech Prep Academy Titans (Washington, DC), by a margin of 59-58.
The Panthers (9-12) will now prepare for their outing against Friendship Collegiate Academy (Washington, DC). The Knights go into the PCSAA outing with a 21-6 record. In their last outing, Friendship Collegiate Academy held off Parkside (Washington, DC), 71-29, in a league outing.
The Titans now own a 15-7 record.
