Wisconsin High School Basketball - Madison East ripped by Janesville Craig

The Janesville Craig Cougars basketball team scored 71 points and held the host Madison East Purgolders to 43 in the Cougars league triumph on Thursday.
The Cougars now sport a 17-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Middleton for a Big Eight contest on Saturday, February 18. Janesville Craig will meet a Cardinals team coming off a 50-46 league loss to Sun Prairie West (Sun Prairie, WI). The Cardinals record now stands at 11-8.
The Purgolders (5-15) will now prepare for their contest against Madison Memorial (Madison, WI). The Spartans enter the Big Eight contest with a 7-16 record. In their last contest, Madison Memorial triumphed over Madison West (Madison, WI), 68-36, in a league contest.
