Oregon High School Basketball - Seaside can't hold off Scappoose

The Scappoose Indians basketball team scored 32 points and held the visiting Seaside Seagulls to 29 in the Indians league triumph on Thursday.
The Indians now sport a 10-10 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Tillamook for a 4A Cowapa contest on Tuesday, February 21. Scappoose will battle a Cheesemakers team coming off a 43-35 league loss to St. Helens (St. Helens, OR). The Cheesemakers record now stands at 1-17.
The Seagulls (11-10) will now prepare for their contest against Astoria (Astoria, OR). The Fishermen enter the 4A Cowapa contest with a 20-2 record. In their last contest, Astoria nudged St. Helens (St. Helens, OR), 65-36, in a league contest.
