The Murray County Central Rebels (Slayton, MN) basketball crushed the visiting Adrian/Ellsworth Dragons (Adrian, MN), 82-48 in Friday's league test.
The Rebels (14-11) will now prepare for their test against Russell-Tyler-Ruthton (Tyler, MN). The Knights go into the A Section 3 test with a 17-8 record. In their last test, Russell-Tyler-Ruthton walloped Heron Lake-Okabena/Fulda (Okabena, MN), 76-35, in a league test.
The Dragons now own a 3-20 record. They play next when they travel to Tracy-Milroy-Balaton for a A Section 3 test on Monday, February 19. Adrian/Ellsworth will encounter a Panthers squad coming off a 95-78 league win over Canby (Canby, MN). The Panthers record now stands at 14-9.
