Minnesota High School Basketball - Apple Valley ripped by Lakeville South

The Lakeville South Cougars basketball team scored 74 points and held the visiting Apple Valley Eagles to 44 in the Cougars non-league triumph on Friday.
The Cougars now sport a 15-7 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Rosemount for a non-league contest on Tuesday, February 20. Lakeville South will battle a Irish team coming off a 68-59 non-league loss to Prior Lake (Prior Lake, MN). The Irish record now stands at 7-14.
The Eagles (11-11) will now prepare for their contest against Farmington (Farmington, MN). The Tigers enter the non-league contest with a 16-6 record. In their last contest, Farmington was routed by Lakeville North (Lakeville, MN), 74-67, in a league contest.
