Delaware High School Basketball - Sussex Central can't hold off Caesar Rodney

The Caesar Rodney Riders basketball team scored 56 points and restricted the visiting Sussex Central Golden Knights to 51 in the Riders league victory on Friday.

The Riders now sport a 11-8 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Sussex Tech for a Henlopen - Northern contest on Tuesday, February 20. Caesar Rodney will battle a Ravens team coming off a 41-38 league loss to Smyrna (Smyrna, DE). The Ravens record now stands at 9-10.

The Golden Knights (13-6) will now prepare for their contest against Indian River (Dagsboro, DE). The Indians come into the non-league contest with a 2-15 record.
