The Carson Cougars basketball team scored 80 points and restricted the host South Rowan Raiders to 41 in the Cougars league victory on Friday.

The Cougars now sport a 15-8 record. They put it on the line next when they host Northwest Cabarrus for a 3A South Piedmont contest on Monday, February 19. Carson will battle a Trojans team coming off a 65-52 league win over West Rowan (Mt. Ulla, NC). The Trojans record now stands at 13-10.
