The Centennial Cougars basketball team (Circle Pines, MN), dropped 74-60 in Friday's league battle with the host Coon Rapids Cardinals (Coon Rapids, MN)
The Cardinals now possess a 11-11 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Andover for a AAAA Section 7 battle on Wednesday, February 21. Coon Rapids will battle a Huskies team coming off a 101-43 non-league loss to Park Center (Brooklyn Park, MN). The Huskies record now stands at 9-15.
The Cougars (7-17) will now prepare for their battle against Spring Lake Park (Spring Lake Park, MN). The Panthers come into the non-league battle with a 14-9 record. In their last battle, Spring Lake Park prevailed over Rogers (Rogers, MN), 84-73, in a non-league battle.
