In Friday's non-league outing, the Cranston East Thunderbolts (Cranston, RI) basketball squad felled the visiting Westerly Bulldogs (Westerly, RI), by a margin of 49-33.
The Thunderbolts (6-18) will now prepare for their outing against Portsmouth (Portsmouth, RI). The Patriots go into the Division 1 outing with a 13-9 record. In their last outing, Portsmouth was beaten by Bishop Hendricken (Warwick, RI), 68-48, in a non-league outing.
The Bulldogs now own a 9-14 record.
