Grand Forks Central Knights (Grand Forks, ND) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the visiting Horace (Horace, ND), 82-78 in a league bout.

With the win, Grand Forks Central upgrades its record to 12-7 on the season. The Knights host Sheyenne (West Fargo, ND) to confront the Mustangs in a AA East challenge on Tuesday, February 20. The Mustangs come into the challenge with a record of 15-4. Sheyenne lost 71-66 in their recent league challenge against Fargo Davies (Fargo, ND)

Next up, the confront the Red River Roughriders (Grand Forks, ND) in a AA East challenge, on Tuesday, February 20. Horace will attempt to improve on its 4-14 season record. The Roughriders come into the challenge with a 5-16 record after their 65-58 league loss to Shanley (Fargo, ND).
