The L.C. Bird Skyhawks basketball team scored 77 points and restricted the visiting Matoaca Warriors to 38 in the Skyhawks non-league victory on Friday.

The Skyhawks now sport a 20-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Fleming for a non-league contest on Tuesday, February 20. L.C. Bird will battle a Colonels team coming off a 74-67 non-league win over Godwin (Richmond, VA). The Colonels record now stands at 18-6.
