New Mexico High School Basketball - Native American Community Academy nipped by Monte Del Sol Charter

The Monte Del Sol Charter Dragons tipped the host Native American Community Academy Eagles basketball team by a final score of 42-35 in Friday's league game.

In their next game, the Dragons face the Tierra Encantada (Santa Fe, NM) in a 2A District 2 game, on Tuesday, February 20. Monte Del Sol Charter will attempt to move on its 4-17 season record. The enter the game with a 0-12 record after their 113-28 league loss to Academy for Technology and The Classics (Santa Fe, NM).

With the defeat, Native American Community Academy moves to 5-13 on the year. The Eagles host Coronado (Gallina, NM) to face the Leopards in a non-league game on Saturday, February 17.
