The Point Pleasant Boro Panthers (Point Pleasant, NJ) basketball crushed the visiting New Egypt Warriors (New Egypt, NJ), 63-41 in Friday's non-league test.
The Panthers (14-9) will now prepare for their test against Middlesex (Middlesex, NJ). The Bluejays go into the non-league test with a 13-13 record. In their last test, Middlesex was trounced by Governor Livingston (Berkeley Heights, NJ), 68-65, in a non-league test.
The Warriors now own a 7-15 record. They play next when they travel to Palmyra for a Burlco - Freedom test on Tuesday, February 20. New Egypt will encounter a Panthers squad coming off a 59-43 non-league win over Haddon Heights (Haddon Heights, NJ). The Panthers record now stands at 13-8.
