South Central Trojans (Greenwich, OH) backers were pleased Friday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the host New London Wildcats (New London, OH), 64-47 in a league bout.

With the victory, South Central upgrades its record to 3-18 on the campaign. The Trojans host Plymouth (Plymouth, OH) to play the Big Red in a Firelands bout on Friday, February 23. The Big Red come into the bout with a record of 8-13. Plymouth lost 53-41 in their recent non-league bout against Lucas (Lucas, OH)

Next up, the Wildcats play the Mansfield Christian Flames (Mansfield, OH) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, February 20. New London will attempt to upgrade on its 2-18 season record. The Flames come into the bout with a 17-4 record after their 73-58 league win over Central Christian (Kidron, OH).
