With the win, Waterloo West upgrades its record to 6-19 on the season. The Wahawks host Iowa City (Iowa City, IA) to clash with the Little Hawks in a Mississippi Valley bout on Monday, February 19. The Little Hawks go into the bout with a record of 12-22. Iowa City lost 63-45 in their recent league bout against Wahlert (Dubuque, IA)

Next up, the Trojans clash with the Washington Warriors (Cedar Rapids, IA) in a non-league bout, on Monday, February 19. Waterloo East will attempt to upgrade on its 8-17 season record. The Warriors go into the bout with a 10-16 record after their 100-43 non-league loss to Cedar Falls (Cedar Falls, IA).
