The Piedra Vista Panthers basketball team (Farmington, NM), was routed 57-32 in Friday's non-league contest with the visiting West Mesa Mustangs (Albuquerque, NM)
The Mustangs now sport a 12-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Manzano for a non-league contest on Monday, February 19. West Mesa will meet a Monarchs team coming off a 76-36 non-league loss to Santa Fe (Santa Fe, NM). The Monarchs record now stands at 2-15.
The Panthers (5-8) will now prepare for their contest against Sandia (Albuquerque, NM). The Matadors enter the non-league contest with a 7-11 record. In their last contest, Sandia was routed by La Cueva (Albuquerque, NM), 64-49, in a non-league contest.
