In Friday's league outing, the Kalskag Grizzly Bears (Upper Kalskag, AK) basketball squad overwhelmed the visiting Akiachak Huskies (Akiachak, AK), by a margin of 52-29.

The Grizzly Bears (5-7) will now prepare for their outing against Tuluksak (Tuluksak, AK). The Wolverines go into the 1A Greater Kuskokwim outing with a 1-12 record. In their last outing, Tuluksak was trounced by Akiachak (Akiachak, AK), 28-21, in a league outing.

The Huskies now own a 8-6 record.
