The Cadillac Vikings basketball team scored 50 points and held the visiting Alpena Wildcats to 47 in the Vikings league triumph on Friday.

The Vikings now sport a 9-8 record. They put it on the line next when they host Traverse City West for a Big North contest on Monday, February 19. Cadillac will meet a Titans team coming off a 47-25 league loss to Traverse City Central (Traverse City, MI). The Titans record now stands at 6-13.

The Wildcats (10-8) will now prepare for their contest against Tawas Area (Tawas City, MI). The Braves enter the non-league contest with a 7-10 record. In their last contest, Tawas Area was nudged by Calvary Baptist Academy (Midland, MI), 44-34, in a non-league contest.
