In Friday's non-league outing, the St. Michael the Archangel Guardians (Lee's Summit, MO) basketball squad overwhelmed the visiting Barstow Knights (Kansas City, MO), by a margin of 51-19.

The Guardians (12-9) will now prepare for their outing against Raytown South (Raytown, MO). The Cardinals go into the non-league outing with a 14-5 record. In their last outing, Raytown South smashed Winnetonka (Kansas City, MO), 58-54, in a league outing.

The Knights now own a 5-13 record. They play next when they host West Platte for a non-league outing on Monday, February 19. Barstow will encounter a Bluejays squad coming off a 42-36 league win over Plattsburg (Plattsburg, MO). The Bluejays record now stands at 15-10.
