In Friday's non-league outing, the Kinsley Coyotes (Kinsley, KS) basketball squad edged the visiting Central Plains Oilers (Claflin, KS), by a margin of 37-35.
The Coyotes (7-12) will now prepare for their outing against Manhattan Catholic (Manhattan, KS). The Tigers go into the Three Rivers outing with a 12-4 record. In their last outing, Manhattan Catholic was tipped by Ellinwood (Ellinwood, KS), 40-36, in a league outing.
